natural drugs

“The art of healing comes from nature and not from the physician. Therefore, the physician must start from nature with an open mind.” ~Paracelsus

For thousands of years people have used drugs for various purposes. Natural drugs are used as remedies against disease, performance enhancers, or to open the mind to other realities. With proper application, the benevolent effects are unquestionable. Risks are minimal compared to chemical drugs, which includes the ‘medicine’ that you can buy at the pharmacist. Besides the health benefits it’s also very economical to legalize natural drugs. However, there’s a very small group of conspirators who have an interest in keeping the thriving drug business underground and below the radar. Read on if you want to know more.

  • Natural drugs as medicine

Drugs are substances that alter the bodily functions. This includes coffee, alcohol, and cigarettes; each of which are drugs that are commonly accepted in society. Let’s not forget that especially the last two are very damaging and cause way more harm than a substance like cannabis. In fact cannabinoids have been used in ancient herbalism schools for curing various illnesses. Nowadays scientists are becoming increasingly aware of the powerful medical properties of cannabinoids which can even be applied to cure aggressive diseases like cancer.

Marijuana may be the most popular drug increasingly praised for its healing qualities, but there are also other substances which can act as very potent cures. Magic mushrooms for example contain psilocybin which has – in proper dosage – no negative effects, while it acts as a strong aid in dealing with psychological problems. In a world were depression is a common mental disease there is a strong case to be made for the medical use of magic mushrooms. It’s also a very potent cure against cluster headaches, a disease for which there is no other real cure to this day.

Did you know that the coca plant has medicinal qualities as well? In fact, the indigenous tribes of the Andes have used the coca plant as medicine for thousands of years. It is not the same as cocaine, which is the result of chemical processing of the coca plant. The coca plant is a natural phenomenon and can be used as a powerful medicine, whereas cocaine is a chemical drug and is a harmful substance. Similarly, opium poppy is also a plant with many healing properties. Are you beginning to see a pattern here? It seems that the plants themselves provide many health benefits contrary to what big pharma lobbies are saying. Harmful drugs are the result of chemical processing – not of nature.

  • Legalization is beneficial to everyone

Legalizing natural drugs has many benefits. Most important is that when a substance is legal it can be regulated, controlled, and taxed. This means a high quality product and also adds funds to the national treasury. Other than that it allows people to start legitimate businesses around those products, which would be good for the economy. In the current situation this business is in the hands of criminals who do not care about the dangers of bad product and who are responsible for much of the violence in the streets.

Another bad side effect is that people try to mimic the effects of illegal drugs by using household materials to create chemical drugs. These substances are much more dangerous than their natural counterparts and are the cause of many drug related deaths. It’s virtually impossible to ban those substances since they’re made from household materials and the mixing possibilities are endless. Legalizing natural drugs takes away the incentive for people to take or create chemical drugs.

The truth is that according to our democratic principles, cannabis should have already been legalized. A liberal policy regarding marijuana is widely supported especially amongst young and middle-aged people. The same counts for other natural drugs, as long as their beneficial qualities are common knowledge. Since legalization is something everyone would immensely profit from, the only things that stand in the way are ignorance and dogma. Idle minds are the devil’s workshop.

  • The ugly truth behind a veil of lies

The only people who do not profit from legalization are drug cartels, crooked officials, and of course the pharmaceutical industry. Together they form a devilish frontier that opposes the interests of the people and creates a lot of wealth for a select few, and a lot of misery for many. They’re the ones responsible for banning natural drugs, because there’s not much money to be made from them; all a plant needs is rain and sunlight. Big pharma makes a profit on the legitimate market and the drug cartels make a killing on the black market. Both need to bribe officials to help them in carrying out their operations.

It’s no secret that the pharmaceutical industry has close ties with the FDA to help them in shutting down businesses that sell alternative (natural) medicine. This helps them establish a monopoly in which people are depending on chemical drugs to fight their illnesses. A lot of money is made from chemical medicine, and since pills don’t heal you, people often end up taking those drugs until the end of their lives. What disgusts me the most is the rhetoric politicians use in an effort to convince the public of the decency behind their actions. Talking about protecting the children, while they’re poisoning them at the same time.

If this is a subject that interests you, then I’d suggest delving a little bit further into some of the sources that I’ve provided in this post. And don’t be too eager to believe big pharma funded research, because they obviously have an interest in presenting specific information in a certain way. For instance, promoting their own products, keeping silent about harmful side effects, and labeling natural medicine as liabilities which shouldn’t be trusted. Here you can watch a presentation about the healing qualities of cannabinoids and why big pharma doesn’t want you to know about it.
